1 Can of La Sirena Tuna in water

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 can of La Sirena Tuna in water
  • 1 small pear chopped
  • 1 stalk celery finely diced
  • 1 Small Carrot grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh or dried parsley optional
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped nuts optional


To make the dressing, mix yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl. For the thin dressing, add a tablespoon of water or milk..


If tuna is packed in oil, drain it to remove any extra oil. Then mix it with the dry ingredients in a bowl.


Toss tuna mixture with dressing. Serve and enjoy!
