3 cans of tuna in oil La Sirena

  • 3 cans of Tuna in oil, La Sirena
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lettuce or cabbage julienned, into long thin strips
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup of oil
  • Tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard
  • 1 lemon


Fry the tortillas in hot oil until golden brown. Leave on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.


Finely chop the onion, tomato and garlic and fry. When the above begins to take color, add the La Sirena Tuna in oil and fry. Add salt at your wish. Remove from the heat and let cool.


On each tortilla spread a little mustard, mayonnaise and put some strips of lettuce or cabbage in julienne.


Finally, on top of the lettuce, place the meat preparation, and add a little tomato sauce on it. Squeeze a few drops of lemon over the garnachas. On top put tomato sauce.
