2 Cans La Sirena Tuna Chunk Light in Water

Ingredients
  • 2 Whole Tomatoes
  • 2 Cans La Sirena Tuna Chunk Light in Water
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • ½ Tablespoon Mustard
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Slice the tomatoes (4 slices per Tomato), place them on to a cookie sheet with foil.

Add on spoon of the mix onto each slice and top it with cheese.

In a bowl mix La Sirena drained Tuna, with chopped onion and pepper, ad the mayonnaise, the mustard and salt and pepper. Combine everything.

Place them under the broiler and cook them about 2-3 minutes, just until the cheese is melted, serve immediately and enjoy!
