  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup artichoke
  • ½ cup of oregano croutons
  • 1 can Spicy Sardines La Sirena

In a bowl put mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and beat.

In another bowl put the spinach and add the vinaigrette. Then add the artichoke and the oregano croutons. Mix and add the sardines.
