
½ salmon can La Sirena
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tablespoon cream
- ½ salmon can La Sirena
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion and pepper
½ salmon can La Sirena
In a pan, melt butter at medium temperature. Add beaten eggs, a tablespoon of cream. Season with salt and pepper.
When the eggs are raw, put the salmon, parsley, mozzarella, and chives.
Fold the egg, forming a crescent.
Put it on a plate and enjoy!
