  • 2 cups of romaine hearts
  • 1 can of sardines in olive oil La Sirena®
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

In a bowl mix English sauce, onion and parsley.

In another bowl put lettuce, sardines and add the mixture of the English sauce.
