1 can of salmon La Sirena

Ingredients
  • 1 can of La Sirena salmon
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • Sliced tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Grated Swiss cheese
  • White bread for sandwich
  • Salt and pepper

In a bowl, mix the salmon with mayonnaise, celery, onion, cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.

On three slices of bread, put a little of the mixture of salmon and Swiss cheese on top.

Put the slices in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

After removing from oven, add a tomato slice and season with olive oil.
