
1 can of salmon La Sirena
Ingredients
- 1 can of salmon La Sirena
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon of hamburger parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
1 can of salmon La Sirena
Combine salmon, egg, crumbs, and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Coat pan with vegetable oil. With a spoon, add small amounts of mixture to pan. Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side.
Toast hamburger bread. Spread mayonnaise on the slices and add salmon pancake, a slice of tomato and lettuce.
