2 cans of salmon La Sirena

Ingredients
  • ½ cup bacon
  • 1 cup leek
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper flakes
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 1½ cup cooked and diced potatoes
  • 2 cans of salmon La Sirena
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

In a deep-frying pan, cook the bacon in small pieces until golden. Remove the bacon pieces, leaving the fat in the pan.

On the fried fat, add leek, garlic, corn, bay leaf, and pepper flakes. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add milk and cream until it comes to a smooth boil. Reduce temperature then add potatoes, bacon, and salmon.

Cook for 5 to 8 minutes and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
