
1/2 can of salmon La Sirena
Ingredients
- 1 muffin
- 1 egg star
Holland sauce
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of water
- Lemon
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ can of salmon
- ½ cup spinach cut into strips
- Salt and pepper

Holland sauce
To prepare sauce, double boil two egg yolks, a teaspoon of water, salt, and pepper.
Then add few lemon drops and butter in thread shapes. Stir constantly until it has the same consistency as mayonnaise. Add the salmon and spinach in strips
In a toasted muffin, serve the scrambled egg. Add the sauce on top.
