Ingredients
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soybeans
- ¼ teaspoon garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil blend of greens
- Jicama in stipes
- Mango in stripes
- Chopped peanut
- 2 cans of salmon La Sirena
1 can of salmon La Sirena
In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic. Add olive oil and whisk to combine.
In a different bowl, add the salad, add jicama, mango, peanuts, and salmon.
