2 Cans of La Sirena Tuna in water

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp light sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 cans tuna in water La Sirena
  • ½ cup tomato, seeded and diced
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 2 whole wheat flour tortillas

In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, 1 tbsp lime juice, and yogurt and refrigerate.

Pre-heat oven to 375F. In another bowl, combine the tuna with the mix, tomatoes, avocado, salsa, and cilantro. Mix until combined.

Place the mixture on the flour tortilla and roll tightly. Place the wrapped tuna onto a baking sheet and bake for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve
