1 can of Sardines in spicy oil La Sirena

  • 1 cup of thick-sliced zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 roasted and peeled red pepper
  • 1 can of spicy sardines La Sirena®
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil

In a skillet place olive oil and zucchini slices. Season with salt and pepper, turn them over and put some Parmesan cheese. Give another round and add Parmesan cheese again.

On a plate, place zucchinis, chilli peppers, sardines and basil.
