1 can of Sardines in spicy oil La Sirena

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ¼ cup peeled red peppers
  • 1 can of spicy sardines La Sirena
  • 1 teaspoon extra parsley for garnish

In a small pot, put the olive oil, onion, garlic, parsley and rice. Warm up for a few minutes.

Serve the rice with Chili peppers, sardines, and parsley.
