  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 cups of cous cous
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
  • 1 can of sardines in olive oil La Sirena ®
  • Salt and pepper

In a dish place cous cous, olives, onion, pine nuts, salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste, lemon zest and mix.
