2 Cans of La Sirena Tuna in water

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 12 brussels sprouts, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2 ½ ounces La Sirena Tuna in water 
  • ½ cup cooked farro
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh
Intructions

In a bowl, stir together oil, lemon zest (if desired), juice, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

Add brussels sprouts and massage about 1 minute, until sprouts are coated and starting to soften.

Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
