Ingredients

  • 1 can of La Sirena tuna in water
  • 4 slices of country bread
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese - 8 tablespoons grated mozzarella
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix olive oil with basil, tomatoes and La Sirena tuna in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place mozzarella cheese and add 2 tablespoons of prepared tuna on each slice of bread. Bake until the cheese melts and serve warm. Enjoy!
