- 1 can of La Sirena tuna in water
- 4 slices of country bread
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese - 8 tablespoons grated mozzarella
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons seasoned tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix olive oil with basil, tomatoes and La Sirena tuna in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Place mozzarella cheese and add 2 tablespoons of prepared tuna on each slice of bread. Bake until the cheese melts and serve warm. Enjoy!
